Grant of Options
Fevertree Drinks plc (the "Company") announces the grant of options over 294,688 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at nil cost with an exercise price of 0.25 pence each in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
On 24 May 2016 the following options were issued to the Company's Executive Directors, pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), the introduction of which was approved by the Company's shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 21 April 2016 ("AGM"):

The number of Ordinary Shares stated is the maximum number that could be issued to each Executive Director upon full satisfaction of the performance conditions (if applicable) attached to the 2016 awards.
The performance conditions are based on the achievement of targets linked to the Company's (i) 2018 turnover and (ii) 2018 EBITDA.
