Fever-Tree, the world's leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers, announces that Charles Rolls, co-founder of Fever-Tree, has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his current role as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman at the Group's next Annual General Meeting on 4 June 2020.
Bill Ronald, Chairman of Fever-Tree, said:
"As one of the co-founders of Fever-Tree, Charles's entrepreneurial vision and passion has been integral to the success of the company as it has grown to become the no. 1 premium mixer brand across the globe.
On behalf of the Board I would like to pass on our thanks for his valued contribution to the Board. He has been an absolute pleasure to work alongside. His experience and passion for Fever-Tree has shone through in all our discussions and although we lose a Board colleague, we keep a good friend."
Tim Warrillow, Co-Founder and CEO, said:
"It really has been a fantastic experience and an enormous amount of fun working with and building the business alongside Charles. He is undoubtedly a great entrepreneur, he was one of the first to successfully breathe life into the premium gin category with Plymouth Gin and then of course Fever-Tree, so Gin & Tonic drinkers around the world owe him a great debt of gratitude.
I will certainly miss working alongside him, but we have not only built a very strong business partnership over the years but also a great friendship and I look forward to many more Gin & Tonics together."

Fever-Tree deals in a world of best before dates and I am happy to be stepping down before I reach mine.
I am leaving a business in robust health. Fever-Tree has a fantastic team in place, led by an inspirational CEO in Tim and I have no doubt there will be many exciting years ahead for the company.
