Ferguson plc confirms that Pilar López, Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as a non-executive independent director of Inditex, S.A. ("Inditex") with effect from 17 July 2018, subject to the approval of the shareholders of Inditex at its annual general meeting to be held on 17 July 2018.
