Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
InΒ order to complyΒ with theΒ EU Transparency Directive following its implementation through theΒ provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and TransparencyΒ Rules, we would like to notify the marketΒ ofΒ the following:
The total number of ordinary sharesΒ of 10p of Forum in issue as at the date of this notice is 33,092,533. There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company is thereforeΒ 33,092,533.
The above figuresΒ may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or change to their interest,Β in Forum, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
