Forum announces that Alan Henderson has retired as Chairman and a Director of the company and has been succeeded by Barry Stansfield, an existing non-executive director.

Alan Henderson has been Chairman of Forum since the Company was incorporated and admitted to AIM in 2005.

The Company would like to thank Alan for his significant contribution and wishes him well in the future.
