Frenkel Topping announces that, pursuant to the share buy-back programme being conducted, as announced on 22 November 2018, on 1 February 2019, the Company purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of Ā£0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price per Ordinary Share of 30 pence by finnCap Ltd (acting as the Company's broker) (the "Transaction").

Total Voting Rights

Following the Transaction, the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 78,657,349. The total voting rights in the Company is now 75,559,773 with 3,097,576 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. The figure of 75,559,773 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
