Exercise of Options
Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, following the exercise of options granted to an employee under the terms of the Frenkel Topping Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme 2004, 23,148 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted.
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 8 September 2010. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and will increase the number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 54,852,391.
