The price at which the shares were sold was 3.25p per share.

Director's Shareholding - Replacement
Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 9 September 2009 it received notification that on the same date, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, sold 304,607 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.56% of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 3.25p per share. Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is now beneficially interested in 10,084,153 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.39% of the issued share capital of the Company.
