Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 11 August 2010, it received notification that on the same day, David Southworth, a director of the Company, purchased 410,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing a total of 0.75% of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 5p per share. Following this transaction, David Southworth is now beneficially interested in 6,420,000 Ordinary Shares representing 11.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
