Frenkel Topping Group plc (AIM: FEN) announces that on 13 November 2018, Tim Linacre, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
Following the Transaction, Mr Linacre's interest in the Company is 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
