Director/PDMR Shareholding 

The Company announces that, on 14 June 2012, it received notification that on the same day, Stephen Ashcroft, an employee of the Company, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction, Stephen Ashcroft is now beneficially interested in 8,007,760 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
