Frenkel Topping (AIM: FEN), a specialist independent financial advisor and asset manager focussed on asset protection for vulnerable clients, announces that further to the Company's announcement dated 18 May 2016, David Southworth has now stepped down from the Board. In addition, Greg McMahon has resigned as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect in order to focus on his other work commitments. The Board has identified and approached a number of potential Non-Executive Directors and expects to appoint at least one Non-Executive Director by 30 June 2016.

Jason Granite, who currently serves as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the Company, has been appointed as Executive Chairman with immediate effect, but will continue with his duties as CIO. Jason's remit will include the deployment of the Company's significant cash balances into investment opportunities, both short term and long term, with a view to generating additional returns to shareholders. Such investment may include, inter alia, acquisitions or treasury related investment activity including fixed income, equities and investment properties.
