Replacement - Additional Listing The following replaces Fidessa group plc Additional Listing released on the16th September 2013 at 09.44 (GMT). The full amended text appears below. AMENDMENT OF THE NOTICE PUBLISHED ON 16th September 2013 Fidessa group plc (the "Company") - Listing of Shares An application has been made for the listing of 339,500 Ordinary Shares of 10peach to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank paripassu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. These new Ordinary Shares are being issued in order to satisfy the exercisedoptions in respect of the 2008 Fidessa group plc Exceptional Growth RateIncentive Plan awards. It is expected that Admission will become effective andthat dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 19th September 2013.
