The Company has been informed that on 15th April 2013 Chris Aspinwall, adirector of the Company, called 2,115 ordinary shares in the capital of theCompany on the vesting of his 2009 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan.999 of the shares have been sold at 1787.80p. Following this notification hisshareholding is 110,588 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of theCompany, constituting 0.30% of the issued share capital.
