Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been notified that on 1st October 2013 Paul Stephens, a PDMR ofthe Company, exercised options over 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company underthe Exceptional Growth Rate Incentive Plan. 15,000 of the shares have been soldat 2000p each. Following this notification his shareholding is 77,936 ordinaryshares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.21% of theissued share capital.
