Director / PDMR shareholdings

The Company has been informed that on 3rd May 2016 Paul Stephens, a PDMR of the Company, called 1,721 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on the vesting of his 2013 awards and associated dividend equivalent awards under the Fidessa group plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan. 813 of the shares have been sold at 2347p each in order to settle sale costs and tax owed. Following this notification his shareholding is 73,191 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.19% of the issued share capital.
