Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been informed that on 12th June 2013 Martin Scanlan, a PDMR ofthe Company, called 2,115 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on thevesting of his 2009 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. He sold 4,717shares (representing the 2,115 shares called and 2,602 participant sharesalready held under the Company's Share Bonus Plan) at 1890p each. Followingthis notification his shareholding is 194,659 ordinary shares in the issuedshare capital of the Company, constituting 0.52% of the issued share capital.
