Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been informed that on 19th June 2014 Martin Scanlan, a PDMR ofthe Company, called 1,439 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on thevesting of his 2010 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. He sold 3,358shares (representing the 1,439 shares called and 1,919 participant sharesalready held under the Company's Share Bonus Plan) at 2397.3956p each.Following this notification his shareholding is 203,981 ordinary shares in theissued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.54% of the issued sharecapital.
