The correct number of total voting rights in Fidessa group plc is37,622,386 and not 37,662,386. This announcement replaces the previous version. Fidessa group plc Total Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules("DTR") Fidessa group plc ("Fidessa") would like to notify the market of thefollowing: As at 31st October 2013, the issued share capital of Fidessa consisted of37,622,386 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights each admitted totrading. There were no shares held in treasury. The above figure (37,622,386) may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required tonotify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidessa under theDTR.
