Fidessa group plc (the "Company") - Listing of Shares A block listing application has been made for 339,500 Ordinary Shares of 10peach to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank paripassu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. These new Ordinary Shares may be issued pursuant to the rules of the Fidessagroup plc Exceptional Growth Rate Incentive Plan. It is expected that Admissionwill become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on19th September 2013.
