Exercise of Options

The Board announces that, following the exercise of options by certain employees, 62,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted.
Β
Accordingly, application has been made for the 62,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM and it is expected that admission will take place on 4 January 2011.
Β
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 15,902,453 ordinary shares.
