The Company has been notified that on 19 March 2025 Logiealmond Estate Limited, a company controlled by Roderick Flavell (CEO) and Sheila Flavell (COO), purchased 78,900 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.535 per Ordinary Share.
