DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, FDM Group announces that Peter Whiting, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of TruFin Plc, which has today had its share capital admitted to trading on AIM (being the market of that name operated and regulated by the London Stock Exchange).
