In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, FDM Group announces that Peter Whiting, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, is to be appointed to the board of Team17 Group Plc as a non-executive director and as chair of its remuneration committee with effect from 1 August 2023. Team17 Group Plc is listed on AIM (being the market of that name operated and regulated by the London Stock Exchange).
