DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, FDM Group announces that Peter Whiting, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has informed the Company of his appointment as a Non-Executive Director of D4T4 Solutions Plc, which is listed on AIM (being the market of that name operated and regulated by the London Stock Exchange), with effect from 2 July 2018.
