AGM Statement

FDM Group, a global professional services provider with a focus on Information Technology, today holds its 2022 Annual General Meeting.

David Lister, Chair of the Board, will present the following update to the meeting:

"I am pleased to report that the Group has enjoyed strong trading across all our regions during the early months of 2022, with high levels of demand resulting in record levels of activity.

We closed April 2022 with 4,429 Consultants assigned to clients (31 December 2021: 4,033 Consultants assigned to clients; 28 April 2021: 3,748 Consultants assigned to clients). Recruitment continues to be strong and in-training numbers are at an all-time high.

Given the levels of demand, we are further accelerating and enhancing our investment in recruitment of both Consultants and internal staff, and in other development programmes, to provide additional support for anticipated future levels of growth.

The Group's balance sheet remains strong with £55 million of cash and no debt at 30 April 2022 (30 April 2021: £52 million of cash and no debt).

While conscious of the wider geopolitical issues in the world, the Board is confident that the Group is well placed to achieve its expectations for the current year and to deliver long-term, sustainable growth."
