EBT Dealings

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Group"), a leading developer of video games, announces the following dealing:

Employee Benefit Trust Dealings

The Company was notified today by Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited, the trustee of the Frontier Developments plc Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust (the "EBT"), that the EBT purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 225.768 pence per Ordinary Share on 21 October 2015.

In addition Frontier Developments plc today issued 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 80 pence per Share to the Employee Benefit Trust to enable the trust to meet the upcoming share option exercise rounds.

Following these transactions, the EBT is interested in 337,855 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.0 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 34,096,781. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted share options. The Executive Directors of the Company are included in the class of potential beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.
