PDMR & Director Dealings
The Company was notified on 13 February 2017 that Charles Cotton, non-executive director of the Company, acquired 20,482 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 10 February 2017 at a price of 285 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Charles Cotton is interested in 39,339 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
The Company was also notified on 13 February 2017 that on the same date, John Laws, a PDMR of the company sold 3,500 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 278 pence per share.
