The Company was notified on 16 April 2014 that David Gammon, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 260 pence per share on 16 April 2014. Following this transaction, Mr. Gammon is interested in 254,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.8 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
