Director/PDMR Shareholding
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Company") announces that on 11 March and 12 March 2021, Charles Cotton, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the Company, purchased, in aggregate, 17,165 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 2,592 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Mr Cotton, including direct family holdings, remains beneficially interested in a total of 171,824 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.44 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
