Director/PDMR Shareholding
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier" or the "Company") announces that on 22 October 2021, Charles Cotton, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the Company, purchased 3,750 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2,667 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Mr Cotton, including direct family holdings, remains beneficially interested in a total of 175,574 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.45 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
