Completion of Secondary Placing and Director's Dealing

Further to the announcement earlier today, Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier," the "Group"), a leading developer of video games with studios in Cambridge, UK and Halifax, Canada, announces that Mr. David Braben, CEO of Frontier, has sold 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.1 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 250 pence per Ordinary Share to certain institutional and other investors.

Following the Placing, David Braben is interested in 15,894,380 Ordinary Shares representing 50.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
