Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Company") announces that on 1 May 2020, Rockspring, a UK company, sold a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1,588.75 pence per Ordinary Share.
David Gammon, Frontier's Non-Executive Chairman, is a Director of Rockspring and, together with his family, was beneficially interested in these Ordinary Shares. Following this transaction, David Gammon remains beneficially interested in a total of 337,462 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
