Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Company") announces that on 11 November 2022, Rockspring, a UK company, sold 35,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,400 pence per Ordinary Share. David Gammon, Frontier's Chairman, is a Director of Rockspring and, together with his family, was beneficially interested in these Ordinary Shares. Following this transaction, [David Gammon remains beneficially interested in a total of 245,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.6% of the Company's issued share capital].
