The Company was notified on 25 September 2017 that Alex Bevis, CFO and Company Secretary of Frontier Developments plc, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 978 pence per Ordinary Share during the period 22 September 2017 to 25 September 2017.
