Block Listing Application
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Company"), a leading developer of video games based in Cambridge, announces that an application has been made to AIM for the block admission of 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Block Admission Shares"). The Block Admission Shares will be available to be issued from time to time to satisfy the exercise of share options as part of the 2012 and 2013 EMI Share Option Plans, the 2014 Company Share Option Plan, and the 2014 Unapproved Company Share Option Plan. The Block Admission Shares are further to the Company's block admission of ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") admitted on 8 August 2013, 4 April 2014 and 8 July 2015.
It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 15 September 2017. When issued, these Block Admission Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
The Company expects to publish its next six monthly block listing return on or around 9 January 2018.
