Block Listing Application
Frontier Developments plc ("Frontier" or the "Company") announces today that application has been made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of up to 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares will be available to be issued from time to time to satisfy the exercise of share options under the terms of the 2005 EMI Share Option Plan and the 2012 EMI Share Option Plan.
They will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 8 August 2013.
