Result of General Meeting
Feedback is pleased to announce that all resolutions, including the resolution to approve the disposal of Feedback Data plc and the adoption of the Company's new Investing Policy, proposed at the Company's General Meeting (the "Resolutions") held today were duly passed.
The disposal is expected to be completed following the close of business hours on 31 May 2013 and a further announcement will be made on 3 June 2013 to update shareholders accordingly.
Shareholders should note that if the Company has not implemented its newly adopted Investment Policy by 29 May 2014, the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on AIM and the Board will consult shareholders on whether to continue to be an investing company or return funds to shareholders. If the Company's Investment Policy has still not been implemented by 29 November 2014 the admission to trading on AIM of the Ordinary Shares would be cancelled.
