Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 13 October 2020, Stephen Gutteridge, Non-Executive Director sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40.05p per share.
Following this sale, he remains interested in a total of 109,166 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
