Issue of Equity and PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that, following the exercise of options by a Director and a PDMR, it has allotted and issued a total of 678,586 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's EMI and ESS share option plans.
Martin Donnachie, Chief Executive Officer, has exercised options over 428,586 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 7.0p per share and subsequently transferred these 428,586 Ordinary Shares to his spouse for nil consideration.
Furthermore, Ian Foster, who is considered to be a PDMR, has exercised options over 250,000 Ordinary Shares at nil cost per share, in accordance with the Company's ESS share option scheme, and has also undertaken the following transactions:

An application has been made for the 678,586 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00am on 3 February 2017 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 167,241,899 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
