The Company announces that Phil Holder, Chairman, today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Fulcrum ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.099p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Holder's beneficial interest in the Company is 1,054,666 Ordinary Shares, including shares held by his wife.
