The Company announces that on 10 January 2022, pursuant to the placing that was announced on 15 December 2021, the following Directors and Persons Closely Associated ("PCA") purchased ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Furthermore, connected parties of Jonathan Turner, namely the respective pension funds of Jonathan Turner and his spouse, have acquired an aggregate of 1,583,333 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the open offer that was launched on 17 December 2021.
