Director & PCA Dealings
The Company announces that Jonathan Turner, Non-Executive Director, has transferred 5,116,738 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding to Bayford Group, a person closely associated ("PCA") to Jonathan.
Furthermore, Jonathan's wife, Karen Turner, has transferred 642,654 Ordinary Shares from her personal holding to her SIPP.
Following these transactions, the Bayford Group (controlled by Jonathan Turner) and its connected parties remain beneficially interested in 32,698,981Â Ordinary Shares, which includes all shares held by Jonathan, his wife, and their pension plans.Â
