Fulcrum Utility Services Limited announces the following update in relation to directors' disclosure for Dominic Lavelle, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

McColl's Retail Group plc, a company of which Dominic Lavelle is a Non-Executive Director, was placed into administration on 9 May 2022.
