Volution Group plc (the "Group", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction market, announces that Gavin Chittick, Non-Executive Director, has decided to retire from the Board and will step down with immediate effect.

Mr. Chittick joined the Group in 2012 and was appointed to the Board in May 2014, just prior to IPO, as the director representing the Group's controlling shareholder, Windmill Holdings B.V.

Peter Hill, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to take the opportunity to thank Gavin for his valuable contribution to the Board and in particular for helping us to steer the Group through its successful IPO in June 2014. I wish him every success for the future."
