After thistransaction, Graham Atkinson holds no further of the Fund's ordinary shares. The Fund was also notified on 21 November 2007 that Jan-Olof Hansson (ChiefOperating Officer of Fabian Capital Limited), bought 25,000 of the Fund'sordinary shares on 21 November 2007 at a price of €1.28 per share.
