easyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, confirms it posted on 21 December 2015 its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2015 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at 29 Cloth Fair, London EC1A 7NN at 9.30am on 21 January 2016.
