Update on Placing
Eagle Eye (AIM: EYE), the SaaS technology company that validates and redeems digital promotions in real-time for the grocery, retail and hospitality industries, is pleased to confirm that following its announcement released earlier today 2,666,667 Ordinary Shares have been conditionally placed by Investec Bank plc with certain institutional and other investors at a price of 225.0 pence per Placing Share to raise approximately £6.0 million (before expenses).
The Company confirms that each of the Directors and PDMRs have participated in the Placing as set out in the Company's announcement released earlier today.
The Placing remains conditional on, inter alia, the passing of the Resolutions which are to be proposed at a General Meeting of the Company to be held on 12 June 2017 and Admission taking place on 13 June 2017 (or such later time as the Company and Investec may agree, being not later than 30 June 2017).
Capitalised terms used in the announcement released earlier today in relation to the Placing shall have the same meanings in this announcement.
