The shares wereΒ subsequentlyΒ transferredΒ for nil consideration, to his wife,Β Mrs Patricia Prise.Β
FollowingΒ the exercise,Β Gavin Prise has a beneficial interestΒ inΒ 23,025Β ordinary sharesΒ in the Company.
