EXPRO INTERNATIONAL GROUP PLC

Expro International Group PLC ("Expro") confirms that on 29 May 2008, Gavin Prise, Chief Operating Officer of Expro, exercised options over 11,268 ordinary shares under the Executive Share Option Scheme 1995 at an option price of 473 pence and a total subscription cost of £53,297.64. The shares were subsequently transferred for nil consideration, to his wife, Mrs Patricia Prise. 

Following the exercise, Gavin Prise has a beneficial interest in 23,025 ordinary shares in the Company.
